• Meet & Greet: Driver will be holding a sign with your name on it and driver will be waiting for you at the baggage claim area.
• Outside Pick-Up: Driver will wait for you outside the airport and will call and send a text message to the number provided to arrange pick-up at curbside.
Cancellation / NO Show Policy
• Cancellation of any vehicle type less than 3 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will result in 100% base fare.
• Cancellation of any vehicle type less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will result in 50% base fare.
• No show will be charged 100% of the base fare, plus all billable wait time.
Wait Time Charges
• First 10 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time is FREE as courtesy. Afterwards will be $1/min, up to 60 minutes (will consider as no show after 60mins of scheduled pick-up time, unless it is authorized to keep the car waiting).
• Domestic Flights: 30 minutes as grace period and will be billed $1/min afterwards (will wait for up to 1.5 hrs with billable wait time).
• International flights: 60 minutes as grace period and will be billed $1/min afterwards (will wait up to 2.5 hrs with billable wait time).
Hourly Billing Rules
• From 0:00 to 0:30 Count as Half Hour
• From 0:00 to 0:31 Count as Full Hour
• Three hours minimum required for the Hourly Service.
• Red Eye Fee: pick-up between 11pm to 6am will add 20% charge of the base fare.
• Extra Stop: $20 per stop within the same city.
• Car Seats: $25/ car seat requested.
