I used this service back in October after coming back from an NY trip to SFO

I had called a day before to setup and confirm. I got a voicemail as landed requested to call or text once I get my bags or on way down if not checked as driver was ready for terminal Pickup. I made s text and got a quickly reply he was on way. Drives pulled up, got my bags and on way. I asked how he knew that was me (others at door pick) and he googled my name and saw some pics from Social media (LinkedIn). I thought they was a step up as no sign, extra call, etc).
